Ingredients
- CASHEWS MAYONNAISE:
- 1 cup of raw cashew nuts, soaked in water for at least 6 hours or simmered for 10 -20 minutes
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of powdered onion
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- TOFU MAYONNAISE:
- 400 grams of medium-firm tofu
- ⅓ cup of olive oil or water
- ½ cup of parsley
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- AVOCADO MAYONNAISE:
- 1 large avocado (6.34 ounces, peeled and pitted)
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients for each mayonnaise until smooth.
