My quick and easy no-knead pizza flavored bread

Ingredients
- Dough:
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 level tablespoon of dry biological yeast (10g)
- 310ml of warm milk
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Filling:
- 2 cups of halved cherry tomatoes
- Oregano to taste
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped olives
- 1/4 cup of diced yellow pepper
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of grated vegan cheese
Instructions
- DOUGH:
- Add all the dry ingredients for the dough to a bowl, mix to combine, then add the remainder of the ingredients. Mix until all is incorporated. Cover and let it rest for 45 minutes or until it doubles in size.
- FILLING:
- Add to a bowl all the ingredients for the filling and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 185℃ / 365℉.
- Grease and flour a baking tin, add dollops of the dough, then the filling, make layers and finish with the filling on the top. Put the bread in the oven and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes, and halfway through the cooking time, add an aluminum foil on top of the baking tin so the bread top doesn’t burn.
- Remove from he oven and serve it with a side of green salad.
