Homemade vegan Worcestershire sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or 1/3 if you like it more savory)
  • 1 tablespoon light-brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground yellow mustard seed or dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients for about a minute. Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge, lasts for about 4 weeks, always refrigerated.
