Tear the bread slices and put them in the food processor, do it three slices at the time, pulse it for about 5, 6 times until they are uniformly shredded, do not overdo it. Remove the breadcrumbs from the food processor, place them I a large baking sheet being very careful not to overcrowd them then add them to a 200C preheated oven for 10 to 20 minutes, removing the breadcrumbs from the oven and mixing the breadcrumbs around the baking sheet so they all get evenly exposed to the heat, you will do it 4 or 5 times during the baking time. Remove the breadcrumbs from the oven and put them in freezable bags, this back is for 2 small bags.

Notes: If your oven is too potent, start slow, put them at a lower temperature, and observe, we don’t want any color in the breadcrumbs.
