4 Ingredients vegan fish Florentine Gluten-free


  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of homemade tomato sauce (recipe below)
  • 1 cup of white beans
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 teaspoons of paprika paste or 1 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of homemade vegan bouillon (recipe below)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 to 2 homemade chorizos, browned (recipe below)


  1. In a skillet on medium heat, add the oil, when heated, add the onions, sauté for 4 to 5 minutes or until light golden
  2. Add the garlic, sauté for 40 seconds
  3. Add the tomato sauce, stir for 1 minute more, add some water if your tomato sauce is too thick
  4. Add the remainder of the ingredients up until the pepper. Stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Add more water if needed.
  5. Add the fresh parsley, then top it with the braised vegan chorizo. Serve it on top of toasted bread or with some potatoes, rice or noodles.
