EASY VEGAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES!

• VEGAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK:
• 1 1/2 cups of vegan powdered milk (I have used coconut milk powder)
• 1/3 cup of boiling water
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES:
• 1 cup of vegan sweetened condensed milk
• 1 1/4 cup of 100% pure cocoa powder plus some more for dusting

Instructions

    VEGAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK:

    Add the powdered milk, the boiling water, and the sugar to a mixer and blend for 3 minutes.
  • 3.
    Take it to the fridge for at least one hour before using it. It lasts for up to 5 days in the fridge.

    CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES:
  • 5.
    In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder and the vegan sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  • 6.
    Dust a cling film with some more cocoa powder, add the truffle mixture, dust some more cocoa powder on top of the truffle mixture, wrap it gently, put it in the fridge for a least 3 to 4 hours.

    Unwrap the truffle mixture, dust your fingers with cocoa powder and make little balls or squares, place it in a cocoa powder dusted plate.

    If your blender is not so powerful or if you haven't blend it enough, it can separate, this is totally normal since we haven't added any stabilizer to our recipe. Just whisk it a bit and it will be all combined again. 2. ​If you decide​ to use demerara sugar or any other darker color sugar, the condensed milk will come out in a darker color 3. DO NOT use a Nutribullet type of blender or a completely closed regular blender because the heat and friction will create pressure and will blow up when you open and you can burn yourself! If you're using a regular blender, use a tablecloth instead of the lid or remove the smaller lid on the main lid.
